California City has faced many issues over the years, with many still unresolved today. Our city is at a pivotal moment in time and there are critical issues we must address. Issues in Infrastructure, Administrative Capabilities, Finance, Compliance, and more. We all know the issues but it is important to discuss how we can resolve them and what is needed to do so.
